WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will happily exchange or refund eligible* items that are returned in original condition in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase.
*INELIGIBLE ITEMS
Worn or washed items, underwear, swim wear, lotion, perfume and make-up are not returnable.
FREE SHIPPING WITH RE-ORDERS
If you need to return an item or items AND want to re-order the same item or items in a different size or color, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Please call 860-985-0087 to request your RMA & place your re-order with Customer Support. After placing your re-order, Customer support can provide you with a USPS Return label.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. Securely package the items you wish to return and contact Customer Support at 860-985-0087 to request an RMA label.
2. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or packing list. If you no longer have one of these, a letter with the following information will be sufficient:
• Name
• Order number
• Address
• Phone number
• Reason for the return
3. Give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office or collection box!
CAN I USE MY OWN SHIPPING LABEL?
YES. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS WITH THE CARRIER.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Refused and undeliverable orders will be refunded for the merchandise cost.
Orders will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?
If any package or items appear to have been damaged in transit, please contact Customer Support at 860-985-0087 for an RMA
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment. Once a return has been processed, your refund can take up to 7 business days to appear on your account depending upon your financial institution. Refund checks are processed weekly.
